  155. Methods of installation vary depending on where you got this software
  156. from. If installation instructions have been provided separately, please
  157. follow them. If you downloaded this software from an on-line service you
  158. should unzip any .ZIP files into a new directory (eg. TREEDRAW) on your
  159. hard disk.

  161. If you are installing both TreeDraw and Kith and Kin it is helpful to
  162. install them into the same directory.
  163.  
  164. Run TREEDRAW.EXE from the File Manager or create a new program item in
  165. the Program Manager and double click on the TreeDraw icon. You can
  166. launch TreeDraw from a Chart File (.TDR) if you have associated .TDR
  167. files with TREEDRAW.EXE in the File Manager. The program (.EXE), help
  168. (.HLP) and options (.OPT/.OP2/.INI) files must all reside in the same
  169. directory.

  171. The files BWCC.DLL and SS_DATE.DLL should reside in either the TREEDRAW
  172. or WINDOWS\SYSTEM directories or in another directory in your PATH.
  173. Since BWCC.DLL is a common DLL you may already have it on your system in
  174. which case you need only one copy available. Make sure that the copies
  175. you have on your system are the same version as those on the release
  176. disk.
